1B.A.LL.B. (Hons.)B.A.LL.B.Candidates must secure the following minimum percentage of marks in their qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination):
Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories
Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
2Master of Science(Forensic Science)mscB.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.) Degree with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized university in India or abroad.
3Master of Law(Data Science & Data Protection Law)MLADThe candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized Indian University or an equivalent foreign degree.
4M.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice AdministrationMSCCRIA Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized University in India or abroad.
5Ph.D. in EconomicsphdecoLL.M degree or Master degree in respective subject from any recognized Indian/Foreign University with minimum 55% marks.
6Ph.D. in LawPHDCLlAWLL.M degree or Master degree in respective subject from any recognized Indian/Foreign University with minimum 55% marks.

10Doctor of Philosophy(Data Science )PHDDSBE/B.Tech/Master Degree/ LLM degree in any of the relevant subjects (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related fields) from any University /Institute recognized by UGC with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates who have qualified UGC NET/GATE/JRF fellowship/SET and working professionals (Corporate/Industry/Academic Persons) having experience of 10 years have to undergo interview. However, in the case of professionals who do not meet the ten (10) years of experience criterion, relaxation may be granted at the discretion of the competent authority, subject to fulfilment of other eligibility conditions.
Candidates appearing in the final year of B.Tech. or Master’s degree in the respective subject may also apply. Admission will be subject to submission of final marksheets with the requisite percentage of marks at the time of admission.
11Doctor of Philosophy(Criminology)PHDCRIPost graduate in any of the relevant subjects (Criminology, Law, Sociology, Psychology) from any University /Institute recognized by UGC with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
12B.Sc.LL.B. (Hons.) (Criminology and Forensic))B.Sc. LL.B.Candidates must secure the following minimum percentage of marks in their qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination):
Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories
