a) Proof of Identity b) Proof of age: c) Mark sheet of qualifying examination: d) Character certificate from the head of the Institution last attended e) Medical certificate f) Migration/ Transfer certificate/ Certificate from AIU: g) Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS/ Persons with Disability / Kashmiri Migrant/ Resident of J&K Certificate (wherever applicable) h) Photocopy of Passport (FN only): i) NRI/NRI Sponsorship documents (if applicable) j) WB Domicile Certificate (if applicable) k) Proof of payment (Counselling Registration Fee & Confirmation Fee) l) PWD Certificate (if you are claiming a reservation under the PWD Category) m) Anti Ragging Affidavit/ Undertaking on UGC Anti Ragging Portal n) Signature o) Research proposal |

| Note:- Such candidates who are in final year of qualifying examination and facing problems to obtain the relevant document/certificates (semester grade report of final semester/ marks sheet/degree/ migration/ transfer certificates) from their School/College/University shall upload an undertaking in the prescribed proforma in place of that document/certificate. | ||
